Can I play Winamp file with mp3 player

What do you mean by Winamp file? Winamp can play lots of audio and video files.

MP3 Players can play MP3 files, however they can have some limitations on such characteristics as bit-rate and frequency. In most case you don't have to worry about that.

Originally MP3 Player were able to play MP3 files only. Now some of them can play AAC, WMA, OGG and some other audio files. And some of them can even play videos. But still they are called MP3 Players.

Please read the manual of you MP3 Player to get the list of supported formats.

If some format is not supported by your MP3 Player, you can use Audio/video converters.
