Where can find a place to stream my videos from?

Hello,
I'm creating a series of video lessons. I want to embed them on my site and give access only to those paying me a subscription fee.
Any ideas which service I can use?

I will need members ares and/or playlists that require authenticaion/authorization.
I need a web-hosting with streaming video support.
Ideally I want to protect my streaming videos from recording, but not mandatory.
I expect 2000-5000 (small biz)

Besides a hosting that supports streaming video, you can install your own streaming server software. And you can use a CDN as well.
