Can anyone have idea to play this encrypted video？

Dear Guys
I got a video from a guy.The video has been encrypted.and the guy told me that he only do some basic and simple things on this video,so,it can be easily returned to the original format and play by a formal video player.
I opened the file with Winhex,just like the following picture
