how to build up window media server 2008 web editiom

i need your help to build up window media serer with 100 mb upload live tv channels to stream them..
i tired wowza server but it need per min. 1 mb upload i just have 5 mb upload from our main housing. something like this http://89.248.162.177:911 (mast.tv)...

What formats do you want to stream exactly, RTMP, TS, RTSP, ... ? Currently we do not support audio within RTMP, but with RTSP it should work. Please, search for bitcontrol on the Internet and try this. Good luck.
