Buffering solution for live streams?

I'm living oustide the US with slow internet , and I'm trying to watch some video streams that always stop for a while and buffer. In Youtube I have no problem because I wait until a part of the movie loads and then it starts with no stops and no buffers. I was wondering if there is a software out there to do the same with live video streams. I'm looking for a software that would capture live and "upload" in parts the video stream in order to watch it live more smoothly with no stops and buffers. Is there such a software out there?

No software can help you to buffer online streams. You can only ask someone to record or record using an online service when it is possible.
