It's free.

They have musicvideos on-demand, Movie previews, Free Internet Radio & Free Internet TV.

They support Quick Time, Real Media and Windows Media

It the same as downloading from web-site is different from downloading from p2p network.

p2p TV uses peer-to-peer connections to distribute content. And every TV channels from Internet TV tuner is usually broadcasted by a single streaming server (without any p2p technology).
