BBC video download help with rtmpdump

I want to download videos from bbc website such as in this link http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03jbcq8

I've been messing with wireshark and rtmpdump but couldn't set the parameters correctly to download it. These are the commands that I tried and couldn't get to work:
