AVT AVC776W Digital Video Recorder: Need power supply

I have one of these DVRs however it do not have a power supply with it. It appears to consist of a 9pin plug & I believe some pins require 12v & others 5v. Can anyone help with information of the pin configuration or where I can purchase a suitable power supply.
