Audio Stream Problem in Leopard: RebufferingWhen I upgraded to Mac OS 10.5 (and then to 10.5.3) I now have a problem with streaming audio - in every program I try - iTunes, VLC, Quicktime. After about 1 minute the program stops. In iTunes the "Rebuffering Stream" notice appears, but nothing actually happens. It DOESN'T rebuffer the stream. In VLC it just stops, and I must manually restart the stream. And with Quicktime (Flip4Mac included) I can't even get a sound. Can anyone help?

Re: Audio Stream Problem in LeopardThere should be some problem with your internet connection. Hopefully some general tips will help you:

Re: Audio Stream Problem in Leopard: RebufferingUnfortunately it's not that simple. I also own an iBook running Mac OS 10.4.11, and while connected to the exact same network everything runs fine for hours with no rebuffing, even while using various programs. Thus, the problem is isolated to my iMac. Some setting somewhere must be wrong, but I can't find it. Because the problem happens in iTunes AND VLC I'm assuming the culprit is somewhere in the System.....
