atbroker.exe and explorer.exe error after logon in Windows 7
After installing software and ranning some Windows updates I started getting errors with atbroker.exe and explorer.exe after logging into Windows 7. I could see black screen only. CTRL+ALT+DEL was bringing another error message (with taskmgr.exe).
The problem seems to be with updated system32/shell32.dll.
If you reboot in safe mode and uninstall your security software like Agnitum Outpost, Agnitum Security Suite, CA Antivirus, ... everything starts working just fine. After rebooting you can re-install your security software and it should function properly.
Some security programs allow to add an exception for system32/shell32.exe, so you don't need to uninstall and then re-install your security software.
