Arte.tv I need help to download a video from videos.arte.tv

Hello I'd like to download a video of the Glastonbury Festival on Arte.tv but I tried many softwares and tutorial and it doesn't work except for Replay Media Catcher which downloads the half of the video because it's not registered. Can you help me please ?
