Dears,

it is my first post to this forum. My problem is:

There are some video files (.flv) on this webpage - http://reformationrekindled.com/RtR-Media-Archived.htm
These files are streamming by rtmp protocole.


First, I tried to download a video file "Two Pillars" (first movie) with
Orbit Downloader (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Download-manager-Orbit-Downloader-Record-HTTP-MMS-RTSP-RTMP-media-streams-Freeware.htm) version 2.7.6 and with Grab++.
Grab++ has found a link to the film:

rtmp://amazingdiscoveries.flashsvc.vitalstreamcdn.com/amazingdiscoveries_vitalstream_com/_definst_/Walter_Veith/Rekindling_Reformation/160K/|amazingdiscoveries_vitalstream_com/_definst_/Walter_Veith/Rekindling_Reformation/160K/|RtR-02-Let_there_be_Light-160K|http://reformationrekindled.com/AD_IN.swf|http://reformationrekindled.com/RtR-Media-Archived.htm&OBT_fname=RtR-02-Let_there_be_Light-160K.flv

I've pasted the link into Orbit and pushed Start button. I got an information on the screen:

and it's over and over again (connecting, connected, and wait for retry).

So, secondly, I tried download the movie with Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm) but without result. ReplayMediaCatcher has found a stream but could download only a small file with 20kB and stopped.

Thirdly, I tried download it with WM Recorder (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/WMRecorder-One-click-online-audio-video-stream-recorder.htm) (version 12) but it doesn't succeed.

Could you help me with downloading these movies?

I wasn't able to record any streams from this web-site either. Trying to figure it out. ATM I can only suggest screen video capture software (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-from-screen/).

I tried quite a few programs myself on this, and i've got to say Stream Recorders advise is the best for now.

For whatever reason it works fine for the developer of Replay Media Catcher (http://all-streaming-media.com/record-video-stream/Replay-Media-Catcher-HTTP-RTMP-FLV-MP3-ripper-recorder.htm). Please submit a support ticket through applian.com . They should be able to resolve this.

Using Replay Media Catcher I did not wait enough time. Now I wait some time and it downloads all movies without any problem.
