OK, I am new to this and trying to get a copy of the following video for a project on constitutional law:

But, the url that URL Snooper (http://all-streaming-media.com/find-stream-URL/Project-URL-Snooper-Find-the-actual-stream-URL-Free-download.htm) produces doesn't seem to be the actually video url:
http://s.wsj.net/media/swf/main.swf

When I try to capture this, it doesn't download anything.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks!
