AOL-problem acquiring license: error C00D11D2: WMP cannot access the file

Allright to begin, you need to know that i'm not a "us resident" because aol downloads are reserved to u.s resident(needless to say i don't congratulate the bunch of m**** who developed this)... Anyways..
That said, i found a way to watch videos with a proxy and even to download some in "H.Q" format as they call that(can't judge yet if it's so "h.q" as they claim) .

But now i can't acquire the license.Why exactly i don't know presicely

I first tried to play the vid with the Aol player on their page directly & as a result i get an "error code C00D11D2"
Then,I tried to play the file with windows media player (i got the version 11) same b.s.

I post here because i don't see a solution currently and that's why I'd appreciate to get some tips &/or infos to this problem somewhat hard to solve.(not sure if it's that hard)

On a side note, i don't understand AOL policy because i could be a potential client this is idiocy right here.

Re: AOL-problem acquiring license: error C00D11D2: WMP cannot access the file

Error code: C00D11D2
Error message: Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

You can't access the file, so you should probably try another proxy server.

And if I'm not mistaken you can play AOL videos with AOL Player only, Windows Media Player can't play them.
