All of mp3 pament by visa. Error?

i tried twice just now to pay the $10.00 to "All of mp3" and twice got an "error" sign having something to do with "verified by visa". i gave all of my information and my verified by visa password just as i do on other sites with no problem. please help. thanks, pmd.

Please contact their support team. I use e-Gold and WebMoney to pay for their service and I had no any problem with it.
