Aljazeera sports subscription : get RTMP

Hello everybody,

I just subscribed to Aljazeera sports online. It is a cheap way to watch all football leagues. The only problem is that they use flash player to stream their live content and of course it uses a lot of CPU... i'd like to use quicktime or vlc to see the videos. For that I need to get the address of the hidden url (RTMP, HTTP,...).

Is there any expert to help me to do that?
I'm totally noob..
