adding mp3s to my website without overlappingHi
im new to the web multimedia field, anyway im devolping this website and i need to add MP3 audio sounds as sapmles to some songs, i already did the converting and cutting the exact required segments but how can i add it to the webpage? and i need the controls to each sample to let the user pause, stop, rewind and so on i tried the embeded tag and it works wonderfully but there is a problem, when i play one file and try to play another one it plays togethar, it overlaps and i dont want that what i want is when the user play sapmle#1 and choose to play sample#2 it automatically stop playing 1 and switch to 2 NO OVERLAPING which code can i use? im designing via dreaweaver. thanx alot |

Re: adding mp3s to my website without overlappingSorry, but you will hardly find that kind of help in this forum. It is more about stream recording.
Generally speaking, you should open your embedded player in the same browser window. If you open several browser windows with several embedded players, you may get overlapping. IMHO you should learn JavaScript basics. You may also outsource your project via a Freelance project marketplace. It won't cost you a lot. |
