Abnormal youtube video?

I'm trying to download a youtube video, but there's two main problems:

1. Video is not available in US. I can still view the video, but online rippers won't work
2. The video has copy protection, so Replay Media Catcher won't take it.

I'd rather not use screen recording software.

Any help?
