ABC, CW and others: download closed captions

Hi all!
I'm part of a fansubbing team, and we work on TV series.
I'd need to download only the closed captions file from ABC, CW and some other.
For instance, how to get the closed captions of this? http://abc.go.com/shows/greys-anatom...-youre-my-home
