Как скачать поток nulion через rtmpdump

Здравствуйте!
Создаю тему второй раз, т.к. она была удалена по абсолютно непонятной причине.

Может кто-нибудь знает как сказать вот это видео:

Желательно с помощью rtmpdump....Приведите код пожалуйста.

Там поток http,так что rtmpdump тут не помощник.
И скачать проблемно,так как они используют адаптивный поток,да еще и файл разбивается на части.Засада.

Хотя наконец-то получилось-держи ссылку на скачку bodybuilding

Fiddler2 помог найти еще ссылку
Можно и нужно, использовать ffmpeg(желательно последнюю версию)для скачивания
