www.awol.tv - Need help capturing rtmp .mov video

I understand the basics of using rtmpdump, but can't figure out the advanced usages.

For example: _http://www.awol.tv/episodes/1?episode=128

Uses an embeded swf player that loads the rtmp stream... I cannot for the life of me figure this out...

I'm trying to download the "awol_E3-S1_532p.mov" stream.


Any pointers with this one?

rtmpdump -r rtmp://stream.awol.tv/cfx/st -a cfx/st -y mp4:media/e3/awol_E3-S1_532p.mov -o output.mp4 -V

If you use Linux, you can find parameters for rtmpdump using rtmpsrv and rtmpsuck.

If you use Windows, you can download RTMP streams with many GUI programs including commercial Replay Media Catcher, freeware CooJah+Blader, StreamTransport.
