video viewer

Здраствуйте!!! Есть програма по записи видео онлайн из ip камер фирмы AVTECH. Версия програма video viewer 0.1.9.2. При записи онлайн в папке TEMP на каждую камеру создаетса временный файл с расширением *.tmp. Етот файл постоянно растет и "седает" все свободное место на жестком диске. Кто то с таким сталкивался? Если програму закрыть, то файлы удаляютса и место освобождаетса. Как можно решить даную проблему?.
