Video camera to watch birds at feeder?

I'm looking to set up a video camera to watch birds feed at my feeders. Ideal set-up would be a camera that could stream a live video and that would give enough detail and render true colors so that viewers would be able to identify the birds. Night vision isn't necessary since most birds don't feed at night. The camera would be located outdoors about 25 feet from the feeder and it would be subject to temps as low as -10F up to +100F. It could be mounted under an overhang so it would be sheltered a little bit from rain and snow. Any suggestions as to type, brand, and model would be appreciated. A camera with PTZ capability would be nice but probably way too expensive. My budget is hundreds, not thousands. TIA.
