Video Automation/Playout Software to output on RTMP

Hi there, I was looking for a professional and a good software that can mostly run 24/7 since me and some of my colleagues are trying to open a new Internet TV on a budget. I have tried Wirecast, it does have a Playlist but I am not the biggest Fan since it doesn't contain that high amount of freedom and functionality wise, i am not that certain.

If there is any software that I could use, please tell me. I am okay with both Win or Mac, since I am want to output the Playlist to another RTMP. I have searched for months, with no results, hence i am here.. please help me.
