When I type my IP Address I am not redirected to my DVR

Hello All
I am from India, I have an Indian DSL Provider
The Router provided by my ISP has very limited pages.
I am uploading pix here for your view.
I have created PORT FORWARDING rules MATCHING my DVR
I am able to view the DVR from my LAN but when I try using my IP Address it lands at the ROUTER HOME PAGE.
Any help is appreciated.
