TheRealReal's stylists comb the closets of the world's most fashionable women to hand-select The RealReal's inventory of timeless wears to insure each piece maintains the highest integrity of quality and is authenticated by professionals.

TheRealReal requires that the item be without stains or smell prior to accepting an item. They ask that all items are cleaned. They do carefully inspect every item, but can not guarantee they have been dry cleaned immediately prior to submission. TheRealReal can guarantee the quality of the item and the condition.

New sales are launched regularly at 7am PST/10am EST in two forms:

• 72-hour sales feature seasonally-focused premier designers,
• Contemporary Designers Sales feature designers like Tory Burch, Catherine Malandrino and other more casual wear, designer diffusion lines, denim, and gently-worn accessories for mere fractions of their original cost.

TheRealReal currently ships to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. It cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The RealReal does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
