Soundtaxi Cd Burner Module runtime error

Before, it worked for me when I had Windows XP with no problem at all. I have Vista now, and it worked but now for some reason, when I have some converted music and I click on the cd burner module button, it brings it up but I get this runtime error and I don't know how to fix it:
Code:
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\SoundTaxi\CDBurner.exe

This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I uploaded the screenshot to show you:

Re: Soundtaxi Cd Burner Module runtime error

You should contact Soundtaxi support to solve the problem.

And you can use freeware ImgBurn to burn CDs.

I did but they haven't even replyed back

But now that you mention it, I should check my email inbox.

Edit: Just checked it. He said to reinstall it but I did that six times and still didn't solve it. I guess i'll give Img Burn a try. Thanks

You can try to uninstall the program, restart your Windows, install it and restart your Windows again. And keep bugging the developer. If the program doesn't work try to get your money back!

Re: Soundtaxi Cd Burner Module runtime error

The last message I got was that I should send a screenshot to support and they haven't replied back. I don't even know if they're working on it or not. I use Soundtaxi to burn music on to my xbox 360 cause my 360 has that stupid drm. And now that I can use soundtaxi's cd burner, I can't rip music on to my 360 because of that stupid runtime error. I wish there was a way that I can debug that problem somehow. I'm so mad at the soundtaxi company now.
