How to solve "It is OS of the language not supported" problem of DRM file?

[I hate GGGZ file]

I bought a Video from Giga Japan, and it provided a software "Pirates Buster for Movie".

I paid by visa card and received a url to download file.

The problem occurs when I open it, it says "It is OS of the language not supported".

I went back to that web and find only US english and Japanese OS are supported, so I convert Uncode in control pad to Japanese, it still says the same thing in Japanese!



I am pretty lost because I cannot even find where that key is !

I guess the problem is the "Pirates Buster for Movie" cannot read the key in my Chinese vista os but it should work after I change language code to Japanese...

I paid 80AUD and 7AUD for my internet quota and now I can't even play it!!!


Can someone kindly tell me how to get the dam "Pirates Buster for Movie" to read my key or tell me how to get rid of the DRM protection.....thanks!!!

by the way, that dam japanese web said "Downloaded (purchased) videos can be playable only on the personal computer to which the videos are downloaded.
Damaged hard disk, reinstalled OS (replacing OS), and other things cause the deletion of the license key you get when you purchased the video. If that happens, the videos cannot be played." on their web, I paid the money and get down the video but can't find that key~~!!!!!

Have you changed the language in the "Regional and Language Options"?

What kind of language does your OS support? Do you have MUI or can you install MUI onto it and choose the Japanese language?

I did try the "Regional and Language Options" in control pad, but it won't work.

I am using a Chinese Vista (simplified Chinese).

I will try MUI now, but what is MUI?
