Software to make anaglyph 3D video (need advice)

Hi all,

Please, need your advice.

I want to make an anaglyph red-blue 3D video out of my sister's wedding footage. It'll be her present and should be a kind of 3D blockbuster as a result I heard it's possible to do in Adobe After Effects, but never used it before so can be difficult for me. On other forum I was recommended 3D Video Converter that is said to convert any format video to anaglyph 3D. But I don't know. Has anyone tried it? Is it good? Or do you know some other software that can solve my 3D issue? Thanks
