Does anyone know how to record both sides to a Skype style video call so that you can replay both video and audio feeds as one? I have tried using SkypeCap but that seems only capable of recording your own feed and not the person you are speaking with.

Some of the crew at TWIT (Leo LaPorte) created something called Skypezilla. I'm not sure but check into it because I know Leo pretty much records everything he does and Skypezilla was created to do multi-video conferencing. (More than one person). I'm not fully informed but it may be worth looking into.

Nightenjail, from the chatroom recommends using CallGraph.in, for Windows or Linux. And word has it that it records the holy grail of skyping … two separate channels! Ask Bill Mitchell in the chatroom also says to set your Skype settings to “Line In” or “Mix” as Skype rather messes with those settings.



I use HotRecorder on Windows and Audio Hijack Pro on Macintosh.

The Mike Tech Show has figured out how to record Skype on the computer using an application called Podproducer.

Freecorder and MPLAT will also do the job.
