How can I download full TV shows and episodes from fancast.com (Move Media Player)

I am racking my brains as to how I can download tv shows that are broadcast on fancast.com. Can anyone tell me how I could do this without having to get some expensive shareware piece of software?

I haven't seen any programs capable of downloading streaming videos from Move Media Player. The player uses encryption, so a stream downloader for MoveMediaPlayer will violate DMCA.

But you can use screen video capture software to record videos from Move Media Player.
