Restarting (rebooting) Wine automatically
Open the Terminal and run:

wineboot

wineboot initiates a "virtual" reboot, when Windows applications call for a real reboot.

Restarting (rebooting) Wine manually
In Terminal run:

rm -r /home/Your_User_Name/.wine/drive_c/windows/WININIT.INI
