4Od and rtmpdump Linux Ubuntu

hi there trying

to get a 4Od video using rtmpdump on Ubuntu 11.10

only problem is i am new to this

would someone know how to get strted


the video i am after is

Start the server with this command:-

sudo iptables -t nat -A OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 1935 -j REDIRECT && rtmpsrv

See the message in console:-
Streaming on rtmp://0.0.0.0:1935

Refresh the page and play the video, now wait till the RTMPDump command appears in console.

Interrupt the server:- Ctrl-c

Stop the server with this command:-

sudo iptables -t nat -D OUTPUT -p tcp --dport 1935 -j REDIRECT

Copy and paste the RTMPDump command to download the video.
