pornotube.com - How to save these sex videos to hard disk (http:// .flv)

When I right-click onto the web player at pornotube.com I get the menu of Adobe Flash Player? Is there any way to know the URL of the video and save these sex videos to hard disk?

Here is an example of the sex video that I want to save to my hd
