Trying to find direct link to stream

Anyone able to help figure out what is the direct address of the live stream on this page and, if so, what I can use to download it?

Thanks chap! I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much! ffmpeg downloads it easily with that URL.

Are you able to find out the URL for the link below? It's not a live stream this time but a recorded program:
