convert my flv to wmv files on rmc

Replay Media Catcher is a great program it streams very fast. But I want to use the file in Sony Vegas so I have to convert the flv file to an avi file. I'll try it with vlc media player but it isn't very fast. So does someone know a program that can convert faster?

Thanks I use WM Converter for a while and youtube flv files are easy to convert but this file I streams of the cbs site doesn't work if I convert it to a wmv or avi file.

So what do you recommend?
