Help with Black Magic Intensity Pro: No remote message and Can't record (Xbox 360)

hey so i recently bought Blackmagic Intensity Pro..but i cant seem to get it to work...i put it in my desktop's pci slot and installed all the drivers and black magic media express and i put my xbox display settings to 720p and also connected my HDMI output of my xbox with the HDMI input of my Intensity Pro, and then connected the HDMI output of my Intensity Pro with the HDMI input of my TV but nothing shows up on the tv and nothing shows up in the preview for media express(i know there is a bug that makes it not show on media express but i cant record either) and also in media express in the top it says no remote...thx in advance for your help

It seem like the card has problems with some motherboards. What kind of motherboard do you have?

my motherboard is asus P5K SE..and im trying to contact support rite now thx

I've tried to search with google

And I saw Blackmagic Intensity Pro working on PCs using Asus P5K motherboard (even on Hackintosh).

May be you need to update your drivers and/or your BIOS.

All motherboard drivers and the Intensity Pro driver
