WM Converter - Problem with Adding files dialog

When I add files in WM Converter I always get a windows where .FLV files are selected by default. Even though it is the most popular format, I prefer WM Converter to remember my last selection or at least the default option should be All supported audio/video files. I would also prefer to have All supported audio files and All supported video files in the list of file extensions.
