How can i free record web tv (Windows Media Player, mms:// video stream)?

I searched a lot but i couldn't be able to find a software that can record a web based tv program to my hard drive.

i don't know what to say it whether it is live video streaming recording or web recording.
i m giving link to the page but i am afraid if it is country specific. so i am also attaching an image to that page so u can help me out.

as this direct link starts with mms ..... so pleaseeeeee tell me what actually this link is ? which Free software will allow me to record any program that is live telecasting on this tv channel.
