I have problems with starting Q-SEE QSTD5304C4-320

Recently we bought this QSTD5304C4-320 DVR (Observation System with LCD Monitor, 4-Channel H.264 Network DVR, 4 Color CCD Camera Kits).

We used it for 2 days only.
It worked well, but today it can't start workin. It only shows letters
STARTING... for a long time but doesn't starts. Is there any method to reset the system or can you please send us any information about this
problem.
Our products serial N 53040810270267.
Please help us to solve it.
Send me please any suggestions on solving this problem.
