HI, I need help to download some content on a paid membership i have.

I've tried a few programs and browser plugins but nothing works.

I have 2 pc's one with windows7 and one with linux.

I tried looking in the /tmp folder on my linux machine and there was nothing.

I dont know what to do.. I'm a total noob. especially when it comes to linux.
