Recording or Stealing Camsite Content

I want to remind everyone in this forum that when you steal (aka download) materials or live streams from cam sites like Chaturbate and MyFreeCams, you are in effect stealing money from the cam model! Most of us do this to earn a supplemental income- not to have our broadcasts lifted and distributed. Even if you don't distribute, you're still stealing money from someone as well as potentially endangering a models right to personal privacy. It's wrong to steal from a brick and mortar store - most people understand that rule and don't do it, so why is it any different for you to steal from a cam model online? Do you justify it by saying, "well she's naked on a cam site, and doesn't seem to care who's watching, so what's the big deal if I grab her content? Her live streams are free after all."

Look, we know many of the dangers and pitfalls of this business. But it doesn't mean we have to accept thievery or piracy with a smile and write it off because their live stream might be free outside password or private shows. If there's a cam model out there that you really like, watch and enjoy her shows. If she offers videos, buy one or request a custom shoot for yourself and compensate her for her time. It's hard work that none of us do on a lark (if you think it's easy work, try it yourself sometime and put yourself in our shoes for a while. Guaranteed most of you would not last an hour!)

I know I'm going to be flamed for this thread. Oh well. I use flames to light my cigarettes.
