Hi I got a link (eg: somewhat.fmp4?uid=*****..) but I can't play it on both pc and android device.

Please tell me what is hls fmp4?
Does the stream is encrypted ( when i try to play fmp4 it only loads 5sec video. And its not playable ) error unknown codec.

Can I play fmp4 in android?
MX player can play hls fmp4 If new codec is installed?
Please help
