ffmpeg

I am trying to download using ffmpeg by passing this command

ffmpeg -i http://content.uplynk.com/ext/d87412.../10062012.m3u8 -c:v copy as.mp4

But i am getting errors
Unable to open key file https://content-ause4.uplynk.com/che...e8ed237d3f&r=d

can anyone please help me why i am getting these errors?
