Hi I need some help to record my favorite shows on TV? And I don't know anything about Tuners or anything I need help. (I'm 16yo!)

I have cable from Cox and subscribing to HBO...and I wanna record shows and then save it to my laptop. I wanna record them in MAX qualities like Blu-rays.

What's is the best devices and software(if we need one)? That will allow me to record tv shows from HBO. Thanks!
