ShoutCast Setup: issues with it "sleeping" and doing a few certain things

Hey guys, I have installed shoutcast on my server and I need help on setting it up. I have a few issues with it "sleeping" and i'm not sure how to do a few certain things.

Would anyone be willing to help me via msn or some form of IM ?
