Download from CTV?

Hi. I'm trying to download the video from: and the KSV addon gives me this link, but it doesn't work.

Code:
php AdobeHDS.php --manifest "http://capi.9c9media.com/destinations/ctv_web/platforms/desktop/contents/812430/contentpackages/1007614/stacks/2764938/manifest.f4m" --delete
It says: Processing manifest info....
Access Denied! Unable to download the manifest.

Some help here please. I'm going mad about this. None solution helps
