How Do I Download Higher Quality Video?

After spending countless hours trying to figure out how to save an rtmp file, I finally figured it out with rtmpdumphelper. But now I can't figure out how to download it in a higher quality.

Looking at the command.txt file, it lists 720p in the file names, yet the flv files are actually 320x180. What do I need to do to download it at 720p quality?
