FFMPEG to HLS Syntax for URL

Hello,

I used URL Helper to determine the URL for this rtmp stream. Below is the direct copy of that URL:

rtmp://95.211.169.38/stream<playpath>albparajsatop?id=21496&pk=29636eb2 9c7d3a8ae7b08d15bc198121d4cbcea9413405df3ccca81d55 06d303 <swfUrl>http://www.liveflashplayer.net/resources/scripts/fplayer.swf <pageUrl>http://www.liveflashplayer.net/embedplayer/albparajsatop/1/650/430

I am having trouble getting FFMPEG to run, when I can easily download it to FLV with RTMPDUMP.

I want to convert it to an HLS stream and the I receive the attached error each time I try to run it (rtmp server sent error, rtmp server requested close).

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
