private stream d/l (paying $)

If I can get an address to a private stream in Replay Media Catcher, but that stops after 10-20 secs and must be refreshed constantly (but will work for the duration of the private session), is it possible that another program could download it without this need to refresh, say rtmpdump with certain arguments? Tubedigger will not work at all, only RMC can download these ( I am using version 5.x). putting the stream link into rtmpdump with standard -o and -r operators only gets "rtmp server sent error"
